Featured Project Italian Villa at the Beach

Kavin Construction was brought in as the general contractor to build this Custom Residence, featuring custom doors and moldings. All walls are hand finished with Venetian Plaster and a vaulted exposed beams ceiling adds additional detail to the formal living room. Emphasis was put on the double staircase rail in the remodel as it, as well as all the light fixtures, are custom forged. Finally, to bring the entire space to life the interior remodeling included strategically placed accent lighting throughout the living room.
